Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how AstraMitra, operated by Veriscribe Analytics & AI Pvt. Ltd., handles refunds for credit packs, subscriptions, and one-time reports. How a refund is processed depends on which billing method you used at checkout.

Alternative billing (Razorpay)

For purchases made through AstraMitra’s Razorpay or other alternative-billing checkout:

• Unused credits and subscriptions may be eligible for a refund where required by applicable local consumer regulations, provided they have not been consumed.
• Consumed credits are generally non-refundable once used for a reading, report, or AI consultation.
• Unauthorized or incorrect charges— including charges where you did not receive the purchased credits or subscription — are reviewed under our dispute process.
• Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay by an authorized operator. The resulting Razorpay webhook reverses any unused AstraMitra entitlement where applicable.

Google Play Billing

Purchases made through Google Play Billing must be refunded or cancelled using Google Play’s billing and refund process. AstraMitra cannot issue refunds for Google Play Billing transactions directly. Use the refund option in your Google Play order history or contact Google Play support.

How to request a refund

• Alternative-billing (Razorpay) purchases: email contact@veriscribeanalytics.com with your registered AstraMitra account email, the Razorpay order ID and payment ID, the amount, the payment date, and the product purchased. See Unauthorized Payment Disputes for the full details to include.
• Google Play purchases:open Google Play → your account → order history, and request a refund there following Google Play’s process.
